We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office

  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to HR challenges
